At a generous 6m x 2.4m, there’s plenty of room to create an outdoor living space beneath your caravan awning for tables, chairs, morning coffees, family dinners and everything in between.

Made from recycled plastic, the mat is waterproof, durable and easy to care for while remaining lightweight enough for travelling. Dirt, sand and everyday campsite mess can be swept or shaken away, and when things get properly grubby, simply hose it down and let it dry.

Six eyelets around the mat give you convenient points for securing it at your campsite, helping keep your outdoor space neat and ready for relaxing.

To help your mat last longer:

• Before laying your mat down, clear the area of rocks, sticks, roots and other sharp objects that could damage the woven surface.
• Always lift furniture when moving it rather than dragging it across the mat.
• Where possible, avoid placing chairs, tables or other furniture directly on the bound edges.
• Never place hot pots, pans, BBQs or other hot equipment directly onto the mat.
• The eyelets are designed for securing your mat in place. Avoid using them to pull, drag or lift the mat.
• Avoid leaving your mat hanging or draped over fences, clotheslines or similar objects for extended periods, as this may cause stretching or distortion.

Cleaning Your Mat

Keeping your Vanaway mat fresh and clean is nice and simple.

• Hose away dirt and debris using clean water.
• For stubborn dirt or marks, gently clean with a mild detergent and soft brush.
• Avoid pressure washers, as high-pressure water may damage the woven fibres.
• Allow the mat to dry completely before folding and storing it to help prevent mould, mildew and unwanted odours.
